WILL I GET THE SAME THING
AS MY FRIENDS?
Yes you will. Sometimes we will choose product colors
specific to the color choice you select at checkout.
In this case, you will still get the same product
as your friend, but depending on what color selection
you noted on your order, (warm/cool) the color of
that product may be different than your friends selection.

CAN I BUY ONE PACKAGE
AND SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS EACH MONTH?
No. We can only send one package to one address at
a time. We can not break up a three, six or twelve
month package and send it to a different address each
month.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY
MULTIPLE ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
We know our shopping cart has its limits, but we at
Yellow Box Beauty are limitless! If you’d like
to place a large order or multiple orders to several
addresses, we have provided an online order form for
you. We are also happy to take larger orders over
the phone.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
No. Unfortunately we do not include the shipping
cost in our packages. We charge $6.95 per month,
per package, and it is charged as a one time cost
to your bill at checkout.

Not at this time. Every month offers something different.
Because of this, we feel you need a minimum of three
months to get the true experience of Yellow Box Beauty’s

WHAT IS INCLUDED EACH
MONTH?
Each month includes our signature yellow gift box
filled with great new products to try! The number
of product pieces per month will vary. You can generally
expect two or three items per month. All products
will either be full size pieces or smaller pieces
as part of a retail size gift set.

WHAT IF I DON’T
LIKE THE SELECTION OF THE MONTH?
We sincerely hope you love each and every item you
get from Yellow Box Beauty, but we know we can’t
please everyone all the time. If you don’t love
your selection of the month, we unfortunately do not
take returns. We know this is a depressing thought,
but think of it this way; you still get to open a
surprise package and you can always re-gift (we won’t
tell on you!).

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLORS?
No. Part of the charm of Yellow Box Beauty is trying
new things and getting in early on the latest trends.
We will try our best to make sure that the products
we send will look great on all skin tones. At checkout
you will also have the option of choosing warm or
cool color tones when available. The colors you get
may be something you would have never bought for yourself,
but again, that’s part of the fun. Go ahead
and try it out. If it really doesn’t work for
you, we’re sure you’ve got a friend who
will adore it!

Not at this time. Our main goal is to introduce you

include as much information as we can so you know
all there is to know about that brand, including where

Not right now. In the future we would love to offer
a monthly grooming package for the guys, but for now,
we’re just offering products for the girls.

Not at this time. We work with only quality brands,
but can not guarantee that the products we offer will
not cause allergic reactions. If you are allergic
to specific ingredients you will be able to read the
complete ingredient list on each package you receive.
